Please refer to the size chart that is attached to the product description of each product.
Please note that our clothes are printed on demand to avoid holding too much inventory and prints as anything that goes out of season and needs to be thrown away.
In general, please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your orders.
These shipping delays may vary (shorter or longer) in some cases depending on the demand. Do not hesitate to message us at admin@ultrave.com for any questions.
There may be an occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes or out of stock items.
We offer international shipping with tracking.
Shipping cost is free for orders above $50 USD.
Shipping time can take 2-20 business days depending on where you live (this does not include the time it takes for us to process your order, please read the previous slide).
Typically 2-8 business days for US and UK orders.
Please contact us if you are unsure about whether or not we can ship to your specific country.
We accept fast and secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay.
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that UltraVe does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot tell you what the cost will be as these charges can vary and as the packages that go through customs are randomly selected.
When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes.
It is important to make sure that the e-mail you entered is correct. Do not place a new order before going through these two steps below:

Step 1: Please check among the spam emails. If you cannot find the e-mail there you can move on to step two.
Step 2: Contact UltraVe customer support. Send an email with your nameand order number to admin@ultrave.com so that we can verify if the order has been registered in the system.
Please contact admin@ultrave.com immediately and we will try our best to assist you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, If the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it yet, contact customs right away! There is a chance you need to pick up the package.

If the number of working days stated in your order confirmation have passed, please contact admin@ultrave.om. If the number of workings days detailed in your order have not passed, we kindly ask for your patience.
Exchange Policy
We only do a size exchange.
Pack your items with their tags and invoice included in the original packaging.
You are allowed to exchange for one time only so make sure to order the correct size
The items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
You can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you receive it.
You will have to pay the return shipping and we will shoulder the shipping cost for the new item.
After mailing the item back, kindly send us the copy of the receipt and the Tracking Number via email so we can monitor the package.

Returns Policy
We accept returns if it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and we will cover the shipping costs.
Returns not accepted if it is due to a change of mind.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This tracking number might take up to 3-4 days before it updates.

If you can't find it, You can e-mail us at admin@ultrave.com telling us the e-mail you used to purchase and your order number.
( The print will fade easily if the care instructions are not followed because we are using a water-based ink for the designs. )

2. don't use bleach or other strong detergent products.
3. It requires a hand wash
4. do not put your clothes in a machine dryer (natural air dry)
5. wash similar clothes together and we're not just talking about colors.
